目的对新疆胀果甘草和光果甘草总黄酮进行提取精制,并对总黄酮含量进行比较研究。方法运用超声法提取胀果甘草和光果甘草中的总黄酮,用大孔树脂进行精制,并以芦丁为对照品、紫外分光光度法测定2种甘草总黄酮含量。结果甘草总黄酮在0.01~0.07mg的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997;测得总黄酮含量:胀果甘草和光果甘草粗提物中总黄酮含量分别为3.8%和3.5%;而用大孔树脂精制后总黄酮含量分别达35.4%和33.2%。结论新疆甘草黄酮类成分含量较高,其中胀果甘草总黄酮含量略高于光果甘草中的总黄酮;用大孔树脂法精制可明显提高总黄酮含量。
Objective To extract and purify the total flavonoids from Xinjiang licorice and Glycyrrhiza glabra and compare the content of total flavonoids. Methods Ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids in Glycyrrhiza glabra and Glycyrrhiza glabra was performed. The macroporous resin was used for the purification. The content of total flavonoids in two kinds of licorice was determined with rutin as the reference substance and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The licorice flavonoids had good linearity in the range of 0.01-0.07 mg, r=0.9997. The total flavonoids content was measured: the content of total flavonoids in the crude extracts of Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Glycyrrhiza glabra was 3.8% and 3.5%, respectively. The total flavonoid content of the porous resin was 35.4% and 33.2%, respectively. Conclusion The content of flavonoids in Xinjiang Glycyrrhiza uralensis is higher. Among them, the content of total flavonoids in Glycyrrhiza indicum is slightly higher than that in Glycyrrhiza glabra. Refinement with macroporous resin can significantly increase total flavonoids content.
