为研究玄武岩纤维增强水泥混凝土的路用性能,针对柔性纤维水泥混凝土配合比设计过程中的不确定性和依赖经验的现状,以水灰比作为参照因素,通过正交试验分析了玄武岩纤维体积掺量和长度对混凝土抗弯拉强度的影响程度,明确了主次影响参数及参数适宜取值范围。通过进一步分析纤维体积率对水泥混凝土28 d抗弯拉强度、干缩率和冲击韧性等指标的影响,结合柔性纤维混凝土的增强机理,确定了各参数的最佳选值。研究结果表明,水灰比、纤维体积掺量和纤维长度是影响混凝土强度的重要因素,0.2%~0.3%体积掺量的玄武岩纤维可显著提高水泥混凝土的早期强度、收缩性能和抗冲击性能,同时具有良好的工作性,玄武岩纤维对水泥混凝土后期强度的提升有一定效果。
