豫白菜5号(原名(?)89—8)大白菜(?)河南省新乡市农科所利用(?)交(?)亲和系3039配制而成的早熟抗热一代杂种。1995年6月通过河南省农作物品种审定委员会审定并命名,同年获中国杨陵第二届农业博览会后稷金像奖,其杂交制种方法获国家专利。1997年9月被国家科委列入国家科技成果重点推广计划。目前已推广到河南、江苏、安徽、浙江、云南、广西、陕西、河北等地。 一、特征特性 豫白菜5号外叶绿色,叶面少毛轻皱,叶柄绿白,株型紧凑,株高38厘米,开展度50厘米,球高26厘米,球径18.5厘米,球形指数1.4。叶球叠抱,叶帮薄,球心洁白,软叶率53%,净菜率73%,单球净重2公斤左右。 1、早熟、丰产 豫白菜5号生长期只有55~60天,亩产净菜一般为4000公斤,高者可达5000公斤,较小杂56增产20%左右,具有早熟、丰产的特点。 2、抗病、稳产 该品种的两个自交系是在高温、高湿条件下经多年严格
