目的:评价乳腺良恶性病变中应用超声弹性成像联合常规超声的诊断价值。方法:以我院于2013年1月-2014年12月期间收治的180例经手术病理证实的乳腺良恶性病变患者作为研究对象,回顾分析了其常规超声与超声弹性成像的检查结果,分别采取常规超声诊断、超声弹性成像诊断和联合应用诊断,对照结果和手术病理。结果:患者的220个乳腺肿块中恶性肿瘤为78个,良性肿瘤142个;联合应用诊断方法的准确度、特异性及敏感性均显著高于单一应用常规超声或超声弹性成像诊断方法,差异有可比性(P<0.05);评分在1-2分的肿块诊断为良性的可能性较大,而评分为5-6分的肿块诊断为恶性的可能性更大,弹性评分为3-4分的肿块则良恶性混杂。结论:在实际乳腺肿块的诊断过程中应当通过联合应用常规超声与超声弹性成像来进一步提高诊断的准确度。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound elastography combined with conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods: 180 patients with benign and malignant breast lesions confirmed by pathology in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were studied retrospectively. The results of conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography were retrospectively analyzed. Routine ultrasound diagnosis, ultrasound elastography diagnosis and combined application diagnosis, control results and surgical pathology. Results: There were 78 malignant tumors and 142 benign tumors in 220 breast masses. The diagnostic accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of combined diagnostic methods were significantly higher than those of conventional single ultrasound or ultrasonic elastography. The difference was (P <0.05). Patients with a score of 1-2 were more likely to be diagnosed as benign while those with a score of 5-6 were more likely to be diagnosed with malignancy, with an elasticity score of 3-4 The lumps are benign and malignant. Conclusion: In the diagnosis of actual breast lumps, the diagnostic accuracy should be further improved by combining conventional ultrasound with ultrasound elastography.
