我院自1991年1月至1993年底,采用内镜微波治疗食管狭窄60例,近期效果满意,总结报告如下。 1 资料和方法 1.1 一般资料 60例中男51例,女9例;年龄38～76岁.<40岁4例,41～60岁39例,61岁以上17例;狭窄部位:食管上段9例,中段30例,下段21例;狭窄原因:食管癌放疗后瘢痕狭窄24例,食管贲门癌切除术后瘢痕狭窄30例,晚期食管癌狭窄3例、食管癌手术后复发3例;狭窄分级:采用徐肇敏的分级标准,从轻到重依次为0级2例,Ⅰ级11例。Ⅱ缎31例。Ⅲ级16例。
