用质量平衡原理推导了柱坐标扩散方程的差分格式，计算了碳浓度分布，分析了曲面曲率半径的影响。当曲面曲率半径较大时，用柱坐标与直角坐标计算差别很小。当曲面曲率半径较小时两者有明显差异。
The difference scheme of cylindrical coordinate diffusion equation is deduced by the principle of mass balance. The distribution of carbon concentration is calculated and the influence of curvature radius is analyzed. When the radius of curvature of the surface is larger, the difference between the cylindrical coordinate and the rectangular coordinate is very small. When the radius of curvature of the surface is small, there is a significant difference between the two.
