目前,中小企业在我国已经成为越来越瞩目的力量,然而其福利状况却不容乐观。通过对湖南省15家中小企业调查发现,大部分中小企业难以解决福利成本和效益这一对矛盾的问题。由于对福利认识不清、资金困难等原因,中小企业普遍没有建立完整的福利体系,也没有设置有效的福利成本控制机制,一方面福利效果较差,员工满意度低,另一方面福利成本持续上升,企业不堪重负。要解决这些问题,必须从成本-效益两方面入手,既要合理设计福利体系,提高福利效益,又要科学设计成本控制机制,减轻企业负担。
At present, SMEs have become an increasingly attractive force in our country, yet their welfare conditions are not optimistic.
