目的探讨分析基于工作过程的高职护理专业基础护理技术课程改革成效。方法选取我院护理专业的两个同年级班级进行对照研究,一个班为观察班(54人),一个班为对照班(52人),两个班均为同一教师教授基础护理技术课程,观察班在教学中实施基于工作过程的课程改革,对照班采用传统教课方式,一个学期后观察比较两个班学生的基础护理技术课程考试成绩及对自己的学习能力是否提高的反馈情况。结果观察班学生的平均基础护理技术课程考试成绩显著高于对照班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察班学生中认为自己的学习能力有所提高的显著多于对照班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于工作过程的高职护理专业基础护理技术课程改革能够有效提高教学效率,使学生的学习成绩和学习能力得到显著提高,值得在教学中应用推广。
Objective To analyze and analyze the effectiveness of reform in basic nursing technology courses of nursing specialty based on work process. Methods A comparative study was conducted on two classes of the same grade in our hospital. One class was observation class (54 persons) and one class was control class (52 persons). Both classes taught basic nursing technology courses for the same teacher and observed Classes implemented the curriculum reform based on the working process in the teaching, the traditional teaching methods used in the control school, and the comparison of the basic nursing technology curriculum test scores and feedback on whether their learning ability improved after one semester. Results The results of the average basic nursing technical course examination in observation class were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Observer students think their own learning ability increased significantly more than the control class, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Based on the work process, the reform of basic nursing technology curriculum in higher vocational nursing major can effectively improve the teaching efficiency, improve the students’ academic performance and learning ability remarkably, and it is worth to apply the promotion in teaching.
