本文报道体外反搏治疗24例脑血栓形成患者,与24例应用低分子右旋糖酐加丹参治疗的对照组患者相比,在疗效和取得疗效的时间上有显著差别。对15例患者反搏前后作球结膜微循环检查,发现反搏后球结膜微循环有明显改善;对16例患者反搏前后作血液流变学测定,发现反搏后血粘度有下降。并讨论了体外反搏治疗缺血性中风的机理:提高脑血流灌流压,有利于侧支循环建立;增加脑组织灌流量;降低血液粘稠度。
This paper reports the treatment of 24 cases of cerebral thrombosis with ECP in patients with 24 cases of low molecular dextran plus Salvia treatment compared with patients in the control group, the efficacy and time to obtain significant differences. 15 patients before and after counterpulsation of the conjunctiva microcirculation examination showed that after bulging conjunctiva microcirculation was significantly improved; 16 patients before and after the counterpulsation for hemorheology and found that blood viscosity after counterpulsation decreased. The mechanism of ECP in the treatment of ischemic stroke was also discussed. Increasing the pressure of cerebral blood perfusion was beneficial to the establishment of collateral circulation, increasing the perfusion of brain tissue and decreasing the blood viscosity.
