为探讨蒿甲醚在急性弓形虫感染治疗中的作用 ,治疗组实验小鼠在强毒RH株弓形虫感染后给予蒿甲醚灌服 ,并与未治疗组、正常对照组进行比较。结果显示治疗组小鼠发病率较未治疗组明显降低 ,发病时间明显延迟 ;未治疗组小鼠脾细胞受刀豆蛋白A刺激后产生的白细胞介素 2低于正常对照组 ,而治疗组白细胞介素2的产生高于未治疗组 ,与正常组相比差异无显著性。提示蒿甲醚对小鼠实验型急性弓形虫感染有一定的疗效 ,并能使宿主感染后的免疫抑制得到改善
To explore the role of artemether in the treatment of acute Toxoplasma gondii infection, experimental mice in the treatment group were administered with artemether after Toxoplasma gondii infection and were compared with the untreated group and the normal control group. The results showed that the incidence of mice in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the untreated group and the onset time was significantly delayed. The levels of interleukin-2 in spleen cells of untreated group stimulated by concanavalin A were lower than those in the normal control group, The production of IL-2 was higher than that of the untreated group, and no significant difference compared with the normal group. These results suggest that artemether has a certain curative effect on experimental acute Toxoplasma gondii infection in mice and can improve immunosuppression after host infection
