人文教育是高职教育的重要内容,对培养“高素质”技能型人才具有举足轻重的作用。目前,高职院校人文教育处境较为尴尬,主要表现在:对高职教育认识上存在偏差,教育教学工作者人文素质欠缺,学校人文底蕴浅薄,人文教育评价机制缺失。对此,高职院校强化人文教育的应对策略主要包括:人文教育与专业技能教育的融通、提升教育教学工作者人文教育素质与能力、构建独具高职院校人文特色的校园文化,完善人文教育的评价机制。
Humanities education is an important part of higher vocational education and plays a decisive role in cultivating “high-quality” skilled personnel.
