研究了不同生产工艺制造的低钴储氢合金对MH/Ni电池性能的影响以及与高钴佬氢合金特性的比较。试验结果表明低钴储氢合金冷却速度快,合金化学成份均匀,循环寿命高,但降低了合金活性、电化学放电容量和高倍率放电能力。采用普通浇注的低钴热处理储氢合金的MH/Ni电池的高倍率放电能力和荷电保留优于高钴热处理储氢合金,但循环寿命低于高钴热处理储氢合金。
The effects of low cobalt hydrogen storage alloys made by different production processes on the performance of MH / Ni batteries and the comparison with the properties of high cobalt hydrogen alloys were studied. The experimental results show that the low cobalt hydrogen storage alloy has the advantages of fast cooling, uniform chemical composition and high cycle life, but reduces the activity of the alloy, the electrochemical discharge capacity and the high rate discharge capability. The high rate discharge capacity and charge retention of MH / Ni batteries using ordinary cast low cobalt heat-treated hydrogen storage alloys are superior to that of high-cobalt heat-treated hydrogen storage alloys, but the cycle life is lower than that of high-cobalt heat-treated hydrogen storage alloys.
