实习是中等职业学校教学的重要环节,是学生掌握就业所需的知识和技能,积累初步的技术经验,达到职业要求、通往社会的一个必经的门坎。但是相当一部分学生存在心理误区,导致实习达不到应有的效果。笔者对中职生实习中常见的心理误区进行了分析,并提出了对策。
Internship is an important part of teaching in secondary vocational schools. It is a necessary threshold for students to acquire the knowledge and skills required for employment, accumulate preliminary technical experience, meet professional requirements and lead to society. However, a considerable number of students have psychological misunderstandings, resulting in less effective internship results. The author analyzes the common psychological misunderstandings in the internship of secondary vocational students and puts forward countermeasures.
