随着我国经济改革的不断深化,经济持续、稳定、高速向前发展,在当前严峻的就业形势下,用人单位和劳动者之间的劳动关系出现一些新的变化,劳动法中规定的用人单位和劳动者之间的劳动关系已经不能全部满足新时期的需要,劳务派遣这一新的用工形式应运而生.劳务派遣这一用工新模式即能解决部分下岗失业人员就业难的问题,实现劳动力资源进行有效的合理配置,又能及时解决部分企业招工难的问题,值得我们提倡和推广。
