Compared with the technical characteristics of high-alkali alcoholysis and low-alkali alcoholysis for the preparation of polyvinyl alcohol, a number of technical improvements and equipment modifications were carried out based on the low-alkali method of alcoholysis of the belt; a new alcoholysis process was formed; a new alcoholysis process It can simultaneously produce multi-specification and high-quality PVA products with different polymerization degree and alcoholysis degree, providing good energy-saving efficiency and bringing more substantial economic benefits.
