根据变频恒压供水系统的特点,设计了基于PID参数模糊自整定控制器的变频恒压供水系统,PID参数模糊自整定控制器能够改善供水系统在不同的运行情况下的控制性能,该控制器能够在线自动调整PID控制算法中的参数,并在不同的运行情况下选出合适的控制参数。仿真结果表明,PID参数模糊自整定控制器有更快的响应速度,更小的超调量,更短的过渡过程时间,更少的振荡次数,更好的稳定性能和较强的鲁棒性。
According to the characteristics of variable frequency and constant pressure water supply system, a variable frequency and constant pressure water supply system based on PID parameter fuzzy self-tuning controller is designed. PID self-tuning controller can improve the control performance of water supply system under different operating conditions. The parameters in the PID control algorithm can be automatically adjusted online, and the appropriate control parameters can be selected under different operating conditions. The simulation results show that PID fuzzy self-tuning controller has faster response speed, smaller overshoot, shorter transition time, fewer oscillation times, better stability and robustness .
