目的采用Mc Namara分析法评价改良SUS2矫治器矫治安氏Ⅱ类错的效果。方法分别采用改良SUS2矫治器和传统SUS2矫治器治疗共20例安氏Ⅱ类错,对治疗前后头颅侧位定位片采用Mc Namara分析进行分析比较。结果改良SUS2组和SUS2组都造成了上齿槽座点(A点)到鼻根点到眶耳平面(N-FH)垂线距离的减小,分别减小了0.6 mm和0.4 mm。下切牙切缘沿功能平面(function occlusal plane,FOP)前移了分别为0.3 mm和1.5 mm。对于下切牙切缘到上齿槽座点与颏前点连线(L1–Apo),则分别前移了0.6 mm和2.5 mm。结论改良SUS2矫治器可以取得和传统SUS2矫治器相似的临床效果,但允许在排齐牙列之前就前伸下颌,可以更好地利用患者的生长潜力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of modified SUS2 appliance on Class Ⅱ malocclusion by Mc Namara method. Methods A total of 20 patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion were treated with modified SUS2 appliance and conventional SUS2 appliance respectively. McNamara analysis was used to analyze the cephalometric features of the skull position before and after treatment. Results Both SUS2 group and SUS2 group reduced the distance between the superior alveolar base (point A) and the vertical line from nasal root to orbit ear plane (N-FH), decreasing by 0.6 mm and 0.4 mm respectively. The incisors were advanced along the function occlusal plane (FOP) by 0.3 mm and 1.5 mm, respectively. For the lower incisor incision to the upper alveolar locus and anterior chin line (L1-Apo), respectively, the forward 0.6 mm and 2.5 mm. Conclusion The improved SUS2 appliance achieves similar clinical outcomes as a conventional SUS2 appliance, but allows the mandibular advancement to be performed prior to aligning the dentition to make better use of the patient’s growth potential.
