目的:对菊科千里光属植物菊叶千里光Senecio chrysanthemoides全草乙醇提取物的水溶性部位的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,并通过现代波谱学和化学方法鉴定其结构。结果:从菊叶千里光的水溶性部位分离鉴定了18个苷类成分,分别为6个木脂素苷:5′-methoxyligusinenoside B(1),hyuganosideⅢb(2),citrusin A(3),alas-chanioside A(4),citrusin B(5)和dehydrodieoniferyl alcohol 4,γ′-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6);3个苯丙素苷:osmanthuside G(7),syringin(8)和dehydrosyringin(9);3个苯乙醇苷:2-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)ethanol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),2-phenylethylβ-gentiobioside(11)和phenethylβ-D-glucopyranoside(12);3个苄醇苷:nikoenoside(13),benzyl-β-D-glucopyr-anoyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(14)和3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15);2个紫罗兰烯苷:icariside B2(16)和sonchuionoside C(17);以及1个生物碱苷:1-[(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)methyl]-5,6-dihydropyrrolizin-7-one(18)。结论:化合物1为一个新木脂素苷,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the water-soluble fraction of whole plant ethanol extract of Senecio chrysanthemoides. Methods: Various chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification, and their structures were identified by modern spectroscopy and chemical methods. RESULTS: Eighteen glycosides were isolated and identified from water-soluble fractions of Chrysolophus pictus, which were 6 lignosides: 5’-methoxyligusinenoside B (1), hyuganosideⅢb (2), citrusin A (3) 3-phenylpropanoid glycosides: osmanthuside G (7), syringin (8) -citrosinide A (4), citrusin B (5) and dehydrodieoniferyl alcohol 4, γ’-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside And dehydrosyringin (9); 3 phenetidines: 2-phenylethylβ-gentiobioside (11) and phenethylβ-D-glucopyranoside Β-D-glucopyranoside (12); 3 benzyl alcohols: nikoenoside (13), benzyl- 2-ionone: icariside B2 (16) and sonchuionoside C (17); and 1 alkaloid glycoside: 1 - [(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy) -hydroxybenzyl alcohol 4-O- ) methyl] -5,6-dihydropyrrolizin-7-one (18). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new lignan glycoside, and the rest of the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
