华东电网水电站已有10座,其中有6座是五十年代投入运行的。大坝挡水运用的历史较长,观测资料较为完整,尤以新安江水电站大坝鉴定会议的资料较为宝贵。但是尚缺乏理论分析与研究工作。为了提高水电站的科学管理水平,应对观测数据加以分析研究,找出规律,监督大坝的安全运行。人们一向认为响洪甸大坝比较安全可靠,通过分析研究,也可能存在着不安全因素。这里,介绍周秉煜同志的文章,分析研究的精神,值得提倡。我们本着百家争鸣的方针,特予发表,不同意见可以展开讨论。
East China Power Station hydropower station has 10, of which 6 are put into operation in the fifties. The dam has a long history of retaining water and more complete observation data, especially the information of the dam identification meeting of Xin’anjiang Hydropower Station. However, there is still a lack of theoretical analysis and research work. In order to improve the scientific management level of hydropower station, the observation data should be analyzed and studied to find out the law and monitor the safe operation of the dam. People always think that Xianghongdian Dam is safer and more reliable, and through the analysis and study, there may be insecurity. Here, introducing Comrade Zhou Bingyu’s article, analyzing the spirit of the study, it is worth promoting. In line with the principle of a hundred schools of thought, we give special promulgation and different opinions can be discussed.
