“快乐体育”是指学生在体育运动中,通过参与体育活动而体验到深层的心理快感或成功感,从而激发学生参加运动的自觉性和主动性。本文依据行为科学,学校体育学等学科理论,通过对体育教学和文献资料等总结和研究,分析了高校体育教学中教育指导思想,以及对快乐体育内涵的认识和存在的问题,明确思想观念,为促进高校体育改革提出了在“快乐体育”发展模式下的个性化教学。
“Happy Sports ” refers to students in sports, through the participation of physical activity and experience a deep sense of psychological pleasure or success, so as to stimulate students to participate in the exercise of consciousness and initiative.
