建立了电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)测定重油中V、Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Pb等8种微量金属元素的分析方法。通过优化仪器的工作参数、选择适宜待测元素的同位素以及选用干扰元素校正方程可以克服质谱干扰,以Sc、Rh、Bi为内标元素,样品的基体效应和仪器漂移得到了很好地校正。结果表明,8种微量金属元素的检出限在0.001—0.096μg/L之间,RSD≤4.53%,回收率在90.80%—108.00%之间,方法与其他分析对照,结果一致。
A method for the determination of 8 trace metals such as V, Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd and Pb in heavy oil by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was established. By optimizing the working parameters of the instrument, selecting the appropriate isotope of the analyte and selecting the correction equation of the interfering element can overcome the interference of the mass spectrometer. The internal effects of the sample and the instrument drift are well corrected by using Sc, Rh and Bi as internal standard elements. The results showed that the detection limits of the eight trace metal elements were between 0.001-0.096 μg / L, the RSD was less than 4.53% and the recoveries were between 90.80% -108.00%. The results were consistent with those of other analyzes.
