目的探讨临床护理路径在急性早幼粒白血病病人健康教育中的应用。方法选择我院2014年4月-2016年5月急性早幼粒白血病病人75例,随机分为常规组和路径组。常规组给予常规护理;路径组给予临床护理路径。比较两组患者护理满意度;急性早幼粒白血病知识掌握度、遵医行为评分、住院时间、住院费用及不良反应发生率。结果路径组患者护理满意度显著高于常规组,P<0.05;路径组急性早幼粒白血病知识掌握度、遵医行为评分、住院时间、住院费用显著比常规组好,P<0.05;路径组不良反应发生率显著比常规组低,P<0.05。结论临床护理路径在急性早幼粒白血病病人健康教育中的应用效果确切,可提高患者疾病认知和遵医行为,减少住院时间和费用,减少不良反应的发生,提升患者满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing pathways in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia health education. Methods 75 patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia in our hospital from April 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into routine group and path group. The conventional group was given routine care; the path group was given clinical nursing path. The satisfaction degree of nursing between the two groups was compared; knowledge of acute promyelocytic leukemia, compliance score, length of stay, cost of hospitalization and incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The satisfaction degree of patients in the path group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P <0.05). Pathological knowledge of acute promyelocytic leukemia, compliance score, hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were significantly higher than those in the conventional group (P <0.05) The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the conventional group, P <0.05. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway is effective in the health education of patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia, which can improve the patient’s cognition and compliance, reduce the hospitalization time and cost, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and enhance the patients’ satisfaction. It is worth to be promoted.
