为促进大学生心理健康发展,给学校进行有效的大学生心理健康教育与管理提供参考,我中心采用UPI《大学生心理健康普查表》对全院3609名新生进行心理测量和分析。结果显示:大学新生中心理可能存在心理障碍者或不健康者占10.2%,其中心理已经出现异常的学生占到2.3%,反映出我院大学新生心理健康状况基本正常;由“既往病史”与“精神遗传”的群体相对心理健康状况较差,教师要格外关注;学生主要心理症状集中在“情绪”“交往”与“自卑”三个方面:另外,只有3.43%的学生“曾经接受过心理卫生的咨询和治疗”。这说明我们目前的心理卫生服务现状还远远不能满足学生的需要。基于以上情况,结合大学新生心理特点,建议从建设心理健康教育队伍、开展系列心理主题教育、通过多种渠道、多种形式开展心理健康教育和心理辅导服务、营造有益于学生心理健康发展的校园环境等多个方面来对新生进行心理健康教育。
In order to promote the mental health development of undergraduates and provide a reference for the effective education and management of mental health of undergraduates in our school, our center used the UPI “Mental Health Survey of Undergraduates” to conduct psychological survey and analysis of 3609 freshmen in our hospital. The results showed that there may be 10.2% of psychologically disabled or unhealthy psychology in college freshmen, 2.3% of whom psychologically abnormal, reflecting the basic normal mental health of freshmen in our hospital; from “past medical history” Compared with the group of “spiritual genetics”, their relative mental health is poor, and teachers should pay special attention to them. The main psychological symptoms of students focus on three aspects: “emotion”, “relationship” and “inferiority”. In addition, 3.43% of students “have been psychologically counseled and treated ”. This shows that our current status of mental health services is still far from meeting the needs of students. Based on the above, combined with the psychological characteristics of college freshmen, it is suggested to develop a series of psychological theme education, to carry out a series of psychological theme education, to carry out mental health education and psychological counseling services through various channels and forms, and to create a campus beneficial to students’ mental health development Environment and other aspects of mental health education for freshmen.
