方太的人力资源管理科学化起步非常早,其奠基性的主要工作在2002年前后就已经集中完成。按照功能划分来看,目前的人力资源工作主要包括五个部分:文化与政策、考评与组织能力、培训与发展、薪酬与福利、招聘与人事。另外,方太还在供应链系统和营销系统安排了HR-BP,整体结构比较完善。以外部眼光来看,方太的人力资源管理非常规范,并且行之有效,没有流于形式。除此之外,方太的人力资源工作和企业文化的融合度也比较高,这可以说是它的一大特色。我们分别从薪酬福利、绩效管理和人才发展等几个维度来看。
