针对在役桥(门)式起重机金属结构安全性能评估中的疲劳寿命预测问题,以Paris公式的等幅载荷疲劳裂纹扩展寿命计算公式为基础,结合Miner线性累积损伤理论,推导了一种用于变幅和随机载荷的起重机金属结构疲劳寿命计算模型。结合相关的试验数据,对模型中的多个参数进行分析,用试验推荐值进行随机载荷下集装箱门式起重机金属结构的疲劳寿命计算,并对影响疲劳寿命的主要因素进行分析说明。模型假设条件少,公式简便,适用于桥(门)式起重机金属结构的疲劳寿命预测。
Aiming at the prediction of fatigue life in the safety assessment of the existing bridge (Crane) crane metal structure, based on Paris fatigue life expansion formula of constant amplitude load combined with Miner’s theory of linear cumulative damage, Fatigue Life Calculation Model of Cranes’ Metal Structure with Luffing and Stochastic Loading. Combined with the related experimental data, the parameters of the model are analyzed. The fatigue life of the metal structure of the container gantry crane under random loading is calculated with the recommended test values. The main factors affecting the fatigue life are analyzed and explained. Model assumptions less, the formula is simple, suitable for bridge (door) crane metal structure fatigue life prediction.
