介绍了板料数控渐进成形原理以及翼子板零件渐进成形过程,分析了工艺参数对成形的影响,提出了提高成形质量的方法。影响翼子板成形的主要参数是成形工具球头半径r和进给量h。成形过程中,工具头的球半径r应尽可能大,但考虑干涉问题,一般取较大值5 mm,有利于成形。工具头进给量h应尽可能小,这样有利于提高表面质量,使变形更加均匀,但过小时成形效率太低,因此进给量一般取较小值0.25 mm最好。
The gradual forming principle of sheet metal numerical control and the progressive forming process of the fender parts are introduced. The influence of process parameters on the forming process is analyzed. A method to improve the forming quality is proposed. The main parameters that influence the forming of the fender are the radius r of the forming ball and the feed h. During the forming process, the ball radius r of the tool head should be as large as possible, but considering the interference problem, the larger value of 5 mm is generally taken, which is good for forming. Tool head feed h should be as small as possible, which is conducive to improving the surface quality, the deformation is more uniform, but too small forming efficiency is too low, so the feed is generally smaller 0.25 mm is best.
