提出采用FPGA设计面向玻璃雕刻机专用控制器;将主控单元NIOS、逻辑功能模块集成在单片FPGA中,简化设计,降低成本,增强可靠性;控制器具有调速、精插补、中断等控制模块;各模块可以根据不同需要进行剪裁,适用于不同的设计要求,易升级,是一种通用的控制器。雕刻机中刀头轨迹的控制是雕刻机核心,因此对控制器中关键技术即直线插补和圆弧插补做重点阐述。实验表明,基于FPGA的玻璃雕刻机专用控制器频率的输出范围为1 kpps-64 kpps,插补精度﹤0.1%,可满足玻璃雕刻机精度及可靠性需要。
The FPGA-based controller designed for glass engraving machine is proposed. The main control unit NIOS and logic function module are integrated into a single FPGA to simplify the design, reduce the cost and enhance the reliability. The controller has the functions of speed regulation, fine interpolation, interrupt, etc. Control module; each module can be tailored according to different needs, suitable for different design requirements, easy to upgrade, is a universal controller. Engraving machine tool path control is the core of engraving machine, so the key technology in the controller that linear interpolation and circular interpolation focus. Experiments show that the FPGA-based controller for glass engraving machine output frequency range of 1 kpps-64 kpps, interpolation accuracy of <0.1%, to meet the accuracy and reliability of glass engraving machine needs.
