切带机控制系统中,位置控制是重要的环节,控制的好坏直接影响到产品质量及生产效率的高低。针对切带机电气系统的控制要求,提出了一种HMI+PLC+半闭环伺服位置控制的策略,实现了切带机的手自动运行控制。为提高控制精度,在传统的PID控制中加入DRNN神经网络算法,用于PID参数的自整定。仿真结果表明,其性能明显改善。
Belt cutting machine control system, position control is an important part of the control of a direct impact on product quality and production efficiency of the level. Aiming at the control requirements of the electrical system of tape cutter, a control strategy of HMI + PLC + semi-closed loop servo position control is proposed, which realizes the automatic operation control of the tape cutter. In order to improve the control accuracy, the DRNN neural network algorithm is added to the traditional PID control, which is used for the self-tuning of PID parameters. Simulation results show that its performance is obviously improved.
