为了判定滷水中毒,根据本题研究第一及第二部分资料,并通过滷水中毒前后的家兔,采用其血清、全血以及腐败血液,用比色法测定其中的镁离子含量,进行比较观察,以确定是否滷水中毒,并观察中毒后血清、血液中镁离子的增加情况。经测定结果证明,正常家兔血清中镁离子含量平均为4.07mg%。滷水中毒后血清中镁离子含量,用一般比色测定结果平均为35.4mg%;光电比色测定结果平均为43.5mg%。正常全血中镁离子含量平均为5.58
