在语文教学这块土地上,我已辛勤耕耘二十八个春秋,默默地、执着地沿着一条学习、思考、实践、求真的道路而不断地探索着语文教学的真谛。学习是艰苦的,古今中外只要有利于教学者皆“拿来”为我所用;思考是痛苦的,不破旧无以立新;实践是辛勤的,周期长需要韧劲与耐心;求真是冒险的,但“千学万学学做真人,千教万教教人求真”的信念却又是不可动摇的.这中间有失败的懊恼,也有成功的喜悦,两者交替着、深化着,慢慢地似乎也形成了自己的一些教学特色.这就是:语文教师要教书育人,为此授以学法,培养习惯,铸造人格是一条有效的途径;不管是听说,还是读写,语言训练同思维训练不可分割,必须同步进行。
In the land of Chinese teaching, I have worked diligently for twenty-eight years to silently and persistently explore the true meaning of language teaching along a path of study, reflection, practice, and truth seeking. Learning is hard, as long as it is beneficial to all learners to “get it” for my own use; thinking is painful, not broken and old is not new; practice is hard, and long cycle requires tenacity and patience; seeking truth is risky, but The belief that “thousands learn to be a real person and teach thousands of people to teach people to seek truth” is unshakable. There are failures in the middle of chagrin and joy in success. The two are alternating, deepening, slowly. It also seems to have formed some of its own teaching features. This is: Chinese teachers should teach and educate people, and they must learn to teach them, cultivate their habits, and cast their personality. This is an effective way; whether they are listening or speaking, or reading or writing, or language training. Thinking training is inseparable and must be synchronized.
