本文叙述了一种新型后掠式离心压气机的设计、制造和试验,并与普通径疏式离心压气机作了对比:绝热效率可提高4%、有效流量范围在额定转数时扩大了11.4%、高效率区扩大42%。文中对喘振原理的解释及喘振工况的预测可供研究具有无叶扩压器的离心压气机时参考。
This paper describes the design, manufacture and testing of a new swept-back centrifugal compressor and compares it with a conventional radial scavenging centrifugal compressor: the adiabatic efficiency can be increased by 4% and the effective flow range expanded by 11.4 at rated rpm %, High-efficiency area expanded by 42%. In this paper, the interpretation of the surge principle and the prediction of surge conditions are available for the reference of centrifugal compressor with vaneless diffuser.
