由高Tc超导材料制备的Josephson磁通流晶体管(JFFT)的控制特性中呈现了很强的非对称性。笔者分析了JFFT的控制场分布,并在电流-相位线性近似条件下,获得了这种非对称控制特性的近似解析描述。解析分析结果揭示了由控制线产生的不均匀外磁场是控制特性中非对称性产生的原因。其解析分析与实验结果之间符合较好。文中还讨论了各结构参数对JFFT的最大电流放大倍数的影响。
The control properties of the Josephson flux-flow transistor (JFFT) fabricated from high-Tc superconductors exhibit strong asymmetry. The author analyzes the control field distribution of JFFT and derives an approximate analytic description of this asymmetric control characteristic under current-phase linear approximation. Analytical and analytical results reveal that the non-uniform external magnetic field generated by the control line is the reason for the asymmetry in the control characteristics. Its analytical analysis and experimental results in line with the better. The paper also discusses the effect of various structural parameters on the maximum current magnification of JFFT.
