碳纤维,简称CFRP,是近十年来在发达国家新兴的一种加固混凝土结构的新材料,以其优异的力学性能在工程领域日渐受宠,具有高强质轻,耐久耐腐蚀性好等特点。我国于上个世纪90年代展开了对该项技术的研究,并于2003年颁布了行业标准,目前碳纤维已广泛应用到各种结构构件的加固工程中。本文对由于功能调整引起的构件加固进行了计算和介绍,进一步说明了这项技术应用的广泛性和有效性。通过实例对框架结构建筑功能调整中主、次梁构件进行了粘碳纤维加固结构计算,对碳纤维加固施工工艺和施工要点进行了介绍。
Carbon fiber, abbreviated as CFRP, is a new material used to reinforce concrete structures in developed countries in the past ten years. It has been favored in the engineering field for its excellent mechanical properties, with high strength, light weight, and good durability and corrosion resistance. China began research on this technology in the 1990s and promulgated industry standards in 2003. At present, carbon fiber has been widely used in the reinforcement of various structural components. This article has calculated and introduced the reinforcement of components due to functional adjustment, and further illustrated the extensiveness and effectiveness of the application of this technology. By means of examples, the main and secondary members of the structural adjustment of the frame structure were reinforced by the sticky carbon fiber reinforced structure, and the construction technology and construction points of the carbon fiber reinforcement were introduced.
