目的探讨医疗输血过程的安全性、及时性及有效性。方法选取520例受血者的临床资料探究其质量控制的情况,并回顾性分析其血液标本数据,对其展开统计学数据处理。结果本次实验的交叉配血借助微柱凝胶法来进行,最终有16例输血不合者被检出,其中直接抗人球蛋白试验假阳性6例,阳性9例,青霉素试验阳性1例。检验输血不合受试者可以得出,其中抗筛阳性者2例,青霉素试验阳性者1例,妊娠史5例,既往输血史7例。全部受血者中没有输血安全医疗事故发生。结论严格控制输血是保证血型实验室临床输血安全检验质量的基本要求,交叉配血试验应在输血前严格进行,是更有效、更安全的临床输血方法。
Objective To explore the safety, timeliness and effectiveness of medical transfusion. Methods The clinical data of 520 blood recipients were selected to explore the quality control of the blood samples. The blood samples were retrospectively analyzed and statistical data were processed. Results The cross-matching blood of this experiment was performed by micro-column gel method. Finally, 16 cases of transfusion incompants were detected. Among them, 6 were direct anti-human globulin test, 9 were positive and 1 was penicillin. Test transfusion incompatible subjects can be drawn, of which 2 anti-screening positive, penicillin positive in 1 case, 5 cases of pregnancy history, history of previous blood transfusion in 7 cases. None of the recipients had a transfusion safety medical accident. Conclusions Strict control of blood transfusion is the basic requirement to ensure the quality of clinical blood transfusion safety test in blood type laboratory. Cross-transfusion test should be performed strictly before transfusion, which is a more effective and safer clinical transfusion method.
