微课程采用“短小精悍”的模式,将复杂的知识点进行细分,根据不同学生的学习需要,有针对性、目的性的学习,是对传统学习方法的创新与拓展。地理微课程整合了多种课堂研究途径、提供了向他人学习与教学反思的机会以及整合了现代教学培训模式,对教师专业素质发展产生了很大的促进作用。因此,本文提出了通过自主研修、多方协作与同伴互助以及互助性观课等策略,促进教师专业素质的发展。
Micro-curriculum adopts “short and pithy ” model, the complex knowledge points are subdivided, according to different students’ learning needs, targeted, purposeful learning, is the innovation and expansion of the traditional learning methods. Geography micro-curriculum integrates a variety of classroom research approaches, providing opportunities for learning and teaching to others and integrating modern teaching and training models, which greatly contributes to the development of teachers’ professional qualities. Therefore, this paper proposes to promote the development of teachers’ professional qualities by means of independent study, multi-party collaboration and mutual assistance as well as mutual-aid class observation and other strategies.
