介绍了我国已建成的重型燃气轮机转子-轴承系统综合试验平台,并对某电厂的燃气轮机联合发电机组的轴系振动进行了现场测试.结果表明:在燃气轮机整个启停过程和在额定转速下运行时,转子轴承系统运行平稳,表明该转子轴承系统设计合理,转子动平衡良好.建成的燃气轮机转子轴承系统综合试验平台为我国重型燃气轮机转子-轴承系统的自主设计和发展提供了试验条件.
This paper introduces the comprehensive testing platform of the rotor-bearing system of the heavy gas turbine in China, and conducts on-site tests on the shaft vibration of a gas turbine combined generator set in a power plant. The results show that when the gas turbine is started and stopped and operated at rated speed , The rotor bearing system runs smoothly, which shows that the rotor bearing system is designed reasonably and the rotor has a good dynamic balance.The integrated test platform of the gas turbine rotor bearing system has provided the test conditions for the independent design and development of the rotor-bearing system of the heavy gas turbine in China.
