分析了高速旋转压片机在生产过程中相关参数,提出用自适用模糊系统预测考虑主压时片剂高度因素影响的片剂重量误差的思路,通过梯度下降算法训练Mamdani型模糊系统,来确定合理的系统参数。根据片重的误差与主压时主压力的误差、主压时片剂高度的误差的关系,进行压制片剂的实验,用训练数据训练模糊系统,并测试模糊系统,得到合理的结果,从而验证了考虑主压时片剂高度的自适用模糊系统可预测片剂的重量误差进而有剔废的可行性。
The relevant parameters of high speed rotary tablet press in the process of production were analyzed. The idea of using adaptive fuzzy system to predict the tablet weight error when the main pressure was taken into account was put forward.
