为了探讨沙棘杂交F1代表型特征及遗传变异规律,此文以内蒙古水科院坝口子水保站的杂交F1代为主要研究对象,并与其亲本俄罗斯沙棘和中国沙棘进行对照。对F1代叶片形状、叶长、叶宽、叶长/叶宽、叶柄长、叶序及花序轴长、花序轴直径,棘刺数,生长情况与其亲本进行了对比分析。结果表明:沙棘杂交F1代与其亲本在叶片形状、叶长、叶宽、叶柄长、花序轴长、花序轴直径方面差异极显著,并且这些性状可以作为雌雄植株的识别标志;子代的棘刺数与亲本相比有了明显减少,而且差异极显著;同时子代与其亲本在生长情况方面也有了明显的改善。
In order to investigate the F1 representative characteristics and genetic variation of seabuckthorn hybrid F1 hybrid F1 generation of the dam of the Bayuzi Hydropower Station of Inner Mongolia Hydrology Institute as the main research object, and its parental Russian seabuckthorn and Chinese seabuckthorn contrast. Leaf shape, leaf length, leaf width, leaf length / leaf width, petiole length, leaf sequence and inflorescence axial length, inflorescence axis diameter, number of spines, growth and their parents of F1 generation were compared. The results showed that the F1 generation of seabuckthorn hybrids and their parents had significant difference in leaf shape, leaf length, leaf width, petiole length, inflorescence axial length and inflorescence axis diameter, and these traits could be used as identification markers of male and female plants. Compared with the parents, there was a significant decrease, and the difference was extremely significant. At the same time, offspring and their parents also had obvious improvement in their growth.
