校长修炼的目的是为了学校发展。学校发展的重要标志是:拥有素质高、能力强的过硬的教师队伍,拥有滋养师生精神、催生学校活力的校园文化,拥有跟进时代步伐、促进学生发展的学校课程。作为一名校长,多年来,我带领管理团队致力于这三个方面的追求,使教师发展由制度规范走向主动进取,学校文化由封闭沉闷走向开放灵动,学校课程由单调统一走向多元选择,从而实现了办学水平质的飞跃。在学校发展的过程中,我最大的感受是:校长
