抗肿瘤药5-氟尿嘧啶制备过程中,氟代反应收率为47.8%。为提高氟代反应的竟争性,改变了工艺条件,抑制其副反应,使氟乙酸乙酯的收率提高到63.6—66.7%。
In the preparation of antitumor drug 5-fluorouracil, the yield of fluoro-reaction was 47.8%. In order to improve the competitiveness of the fluorination reaction, the process conditions were changed and the side reaction was inhibited. The yield of ethyl fluoroacetate was increased to 63.6-66.7%.
