研究和发展了可逆风机叶片用的翼型——可逆翼型。根据可逆风机的特殊使用要求,分析研究了可逆翼型应该具有的外形要求和气动特性要求。本课题组发展了生成可逆翼型几何外形的计算程序,并采用本课题组的翼型气动性能的计算程序对生成的翼型进行了分析、评估。在此基础上,优选出两个可逆翼型-R18和R43T。对该两个翼型和一般的可逆翼型R3等进行了风洞实验研究,表明本文优选出的两个翼型的性能优于已有的一般翼型,本文提出的可逆翼型的设计方法是可行的。
Research and development of reversible fan blade airfoil - reversible airfoil. According to the special requirements of the reversible fan, the shape requirements and aerodynamic characteristics of the reversible airfoil should be studied. The research team developed a calculation program to generate the reversible airfoil geometric shape, and analyzed and evaluated the generated airfoil using the aerodynamic performance calculation program of our group. On this basis, two reversible airfoils, R18 and R43T, are preferred. The wind tunnel experiments on the two airfoils and the general reversible airfoil R3 have been carried out.
