HH公司与FX集团开展了合资合作,开创了初步共赢的良好局面,但是在调整管理模式所引起的某些局部组织变革过程中,在兼顾考虑维护客户利益、提高营销效率与加强客户信用审核、提升财务控制方面产生了冲突。该文从探讨企业兼并重组所应该遵循战略导向、核心竞争力导向、客户价值导向等一些原则出发,运用营销物流、客户关系管理、分销系统等相关理念或管理工具,为解决类似性质的组织变革冲突提供了参考解决思路。
