目的 :检测银杏外种皮多糖 (GBEP)的抗癌活性。方法 :采用噻唑蓝 (MTT)比色法 ,观察GBEP单用及与阿霉素合用在体外对人BEL 740 4肝癌细胞株、SGC 790 1胃腺癌细胞株及SPC A 1肺腺癌细胞株的抑制作用。结果 :GBEP在 10~ 32 0 μg/ml剂量下 ,体外作用 2 4~ 72h ,对 3种人癌细胞株皆具有抑制作用 ,其抑制率随剂量增加和时间延长而增加 ,而IC50 则随作用时间延长而减小。GBEP在 10~ 16 0 μg/ml剂量下 ,与 0 .4和 4.0 μg/ml的阿霉素合用 ,可提高对 3种人癌细胞的抑制率。结论 :GBEP单用对 3种人癌细胞株的抑制作用具有量效关系及时效关系 ;GBEP与阿霉素合用 ,对 3种人癌细胞株的抑制作用具有协同效应。
Objective : To detect the anticancer activity of Ginkgo biloba exocarp polysaccharide (GBEP). METHODS: MTT colorimetric method was used to observe the effects of GBEP alone and in combination with adriamycin on human BEL 740 4 liver cancer cell line, SGC 790 1 gastric adenocarcinoma cell line and SPC A 1 lung adenocarcinoma cell line in vitro. Inhibition. RESULTS: When GBEP was dosed from 10 to 32 μg/ml in vitro for 24 to 72 hours, it had inhibitory effects on all three human cancer cell lines. The inhibition rate increased with increasing dose and time, while IC50 was dependent on the effect. The time decreases and decreases. GBEP at a dose of 10 to 16 μg/ml combined with 0.4 μg/ml of adriamycin can increase the inhibition rate of three human cancer cells. Conclusion : The inhibitory effect of GBEP alone on three human cancer cell lines has a dose-effect relationship and a time-effect relationship. The combination of GBEP and adriamycin has a synergistic effect on the inhibition of three human cancer cell lines.
