本文以来自于黑龙江省哈尔滨、绥化、齐齐哈尔、嫩江、牡丹江、扎兰屯、牙克石、克山、依安、讷河马铃薯种植区的品种东农303、克新1号、克新2号、克新3号、克新4号、米拉、早大白、花525、克新18号、克新12号为试验材料,用生物学鉴定法(指示植物鉴定法)在防虫温室中通过汁液摩擦的方法在25种指示植物上接种上述十个品种的汁液。通过症状观察,主要通过鲁特格尔斯番茄、直房从至番茄、天蓬子、莨菪(scorolio sinensis)、野生马铃薯(solanum Bertalthii)等特定鉴定寄主上的症状来判断哪个植株中含有马铃薯纺锤块茎类病毒(PSTVd),哪个植株中不含有马铃薯纺锤块茎类病毒。结果表明在黑龙江省存在马铃薯类病毒。

The results show that there is potato virus in Heilongjiang Province.
