目的观察TP方案联合沙利度胺治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效。方法国产多西紫杉醇40 mg/m2静脉滴注1 h,第1、8天,顺铂25 mg/m2静脉滴注第1～3天。21～28 d为1个治疗周期。反应停(沙利度胺)起始剂量100 mg/d,睡前1次服用,1周后渐加量至600 mg/d,,若患者无不能耐受的副作用,维持600 mg/d口服。结果全部病例均按计划完成2个周期以上的化疗。CR4例(16.6%),PR10例(41.6%),MR7例,PD 3例。总有效率(CR+PR)为58.2%。结论TP方案联合沙利度胺治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效较好,反应可以耐受。
Objective To observe the efficacy of TP regimen combined with thalidomide in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Methods Domestic docetaxel 40 mg / m2 intravenous infusion 1 h, on the first 1,8 days, cisplatin 25 mg / m2 intravenous infusion of 1 to 3 days. 21 ~ 28 d for a treatment cycle.
