目的:探讨何首乌对C57BL/6J小鼠毛发生长及皮肤温度和体外血小板聚集的影响。方法:采用小鼠体外局部脱毛给药的方式,观察何首乌提取物对C57BL/6J小鼠毛发生长的影响;通过测量给药后不同时间点的小鼠皮肤温度,研究何首乌提取物对小鼠皮肤温度的影响;采用浊度法,观察何首乌提取物对体外血小板聚集功能的影响。结果:给药后第21天何首乌提取物高中剂量组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),给药1 h后,何首乌提取物高中剂量组能显著提高小鼠皮肤温度(P<0.05);体外实验何首乌提取物中、高浓度对PAF诱导大鼠5 min时血小板聚集有显著抑制作用(P<0.05),呈浓度依赖作用。结论:何首乌提取物可促进C57BL/6J小鼠的毛发生长,其机制可能与提高皮肤温度、扩张毛细血管、抑制血小板凝集、改善血液循环等有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of fleece-flower root on the hair growth, skin temperature and platelet aggregation in vitro of C57BL / 6J mice. Methods: The effect of Polygonum Multiflorum Thunb extract on the hair growth of C57BL / 6J mice was observed by means of local hair removal administration in vitro. The effects of Polygonum multiflorum extract on the skin of mice were studied by measuring the skin temperature of mice at different time points after administration. The effect of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb extract on platelet aggregation was observed by turbidity method. Results: There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the high dose group and the model group on the 21th day after administration. After 1 h administration, the Polygonum multiflorum extract high dose group could significantly increase the skin temperature in mice (P < 0.05). In vitro experiment, Polygonum multiflorum extract showed significant inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation induced by PAF 5 min (P <0.05) in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion: Polygonum multiflorum extract can promote the hair growth of C57BL / 6J mice. The mechanism may be related to the increase of skin temperature, the expansion of capillaries, the inhibition of platelet aggregation and the improvement of blood circulation.
