Intracranial bone tumors are rare tumors of the central nervous system (CNS). Six cases were reported in this paper, accounting for 0.28% of 2121 CNS tumors in our hospital. One of them was osteosarcoma, one was giant cell tumor of bone, Sarcoma, osteochondroma in 2 cases. The patient’s age except 2 cases were below 28 years old. Giant cell tumor of bone disease the longest, up to 10 years. All tumors were more than 5cm, of which the largest cranial osteochondroma, up to 9cm × 7cm × 7cm. Osteosarcoma component is located in the skull and right parietal lobe parietal parenchyma, extremely rare. Some cases in this group by electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry (GFAP, Vimentin, EMA, Keratin) confirmed the source of the tumor. This article discusses the incidence of four kinds of tumors, pathological features and tissue origin.
