以绿色物流为理念,以降低环境污染为目标,对港口多式联运的路径与运输方式进行研究。采用有别于只考虑成本与时间因素的思维,建立最小CO2排放下的装箱物流网络路径及运输方式选择模型,论证了该模型与只考虑成本和时间模型相比的优势。最后建立了CO2排放约束下合理安排运输路线和选择最佳运输方式,且使总的运输成本最小化的模型。其结果有利于更好地兼顾企业成本和政府对于企业CO2排放限制要求。
Taking the concept of green logistics as the goal and reducing the environmental pollution, the paper studies the ways and modes of port intermodal transport. Different from the thought of considering only cost and time, this paper establishes a model of selecting the mode of transportation network and the route of packing logistics under the minimum of CO2 emissions. The advantage of the model is compared with that of considering cost and time models. In the end, a model was established to reasonably arrange transportation routes and choose the best mode of transportation under the restriction of CO2 emissions, and to minimize the total transportation costs. The result is a better balance between business costs and government restrictions on CO2 emissions from enterprises.
