复合型人才培养机制下理工科院校二外教学模式新探索

近年来,我国经济迅速发展,全球化进程加速推进,当前的人才市场已经表现出对理工类复合型人才的热切需求。而培养“宽口径、应用性”的复合型人才已成为当今理工科院校所面临的核心任务。本文通过分析理工科院校所具有的特点和优势,结合实例,探索了理工科院校复合型人才的培养模式。 In recent years, with the rapid economic development in our country and the acceleration of globalization, the current talent market has shown an ardent demand for a complex type of science and engineering talents. The training of “wide caliber, application of” complex talents has become the core task of science and engineering colleges and universities today. By analyzing the characteristics and advantages of science and engineering colleges and universities and combining with examples, this paper probes into the training mode of compound talents in science and engineering colleges.
