党校是研究和宣传党的理论的重要阵地,也是培训党员干部的主要渠道。当前,党校教学面临着教师素质不高、学员学习不认真、教学效果不理想、教学经费不足等问题。为此,应通过加强师资队伍建设、完善激励约束机制、创新教学培训方式、合理安排教学内容等方式,推进党校教学改革,不断提高党校教学质量。 Party schools are an important front for studying and propagating the party’s theory and the main channel for training party members and cadres.
